14-Day Right of Return

If for any reason you wish to return a product purchased from us within 14 days, we will refund the payment by bank transfer to the account number you provide once the product has been returned to us.

If the returned product shows signs of use (scratches, etc.) or is not returned in its original packaging, we will deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product from the refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns must always be agreed upon with us in advance.
