1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the SMi-Music online store.
1.2. By using the online store, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the online store.
1.3. SMi-Music reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions by notifying users of changes in the online store.
2. Purchasing Products
2.1. All product prices in the online store include value-added tax (VAT).
2.2. Placing an order requires that the customer is at least 18 years old or has the consent of a legal guardian.
2.3. Orders are placed according to the instructions provided in the online store.
2.4. After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email, provided that an email address has been supplied.
3. Delivery
3.1. Delivery time depends on product availability and the selected delivery method.
3.2. SMi-Music is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure.
4. Payment

5. Right of Return
5.1. The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
5.2. The right of return applies only to unused and resaleable products.
5.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an incorrect delivery or a defective product.
